Mischa Barton announces launch of public relations campaign for Fashion and Accessory Collections in conjunction with aLine media

(Los Angeles, CA ~ February 29, 2012) – International Actress, Model and Designer Mischa Barton announces her newest venture into the fashion world with her retro-inspired accessories and clothing launch in North America.  aLine media public relations announced today it has been retained by Barton to provide publicity, celebrity outreach, and promotional services.

Mischa introduced her Collection of handbags in July 2008 in the UK and Europe. The Collection, which is inspired by “vintage treasures” from Mischa’s international travels, includes a mix of small clutches, totes, drawstring and oversized slouch bags.

Mischa brings her well known Bohemian Style to all aspects of the range. Born in London, brought up in New York, lived in Paris, and currently based in Los Angeles, she has a colorful mixture of styles, which are drawn from her experiences, and there is never a compromise on quality or functionality in her Collections.

Following the success of her handbag line that can be purchased throughout the UK and Europe she is set to open her “Mischa Barton” Flagship store in London at Spitalfields Market in late Spring. The store will encompass a Posh Art Deco Boutique feel.
