Mischa is wearing the Michael Military Jacket which is available to purchase on the Mischa’s Place site.
Some stunning previews of an upcoming photoshoot with Mischa shot by Brooke Nipar yesterday have been added. The photos were shared on Twitter by make-up artist Amy Chance and stylist Leila Baboi. What an amazing team these talented people are, as I think this has to be one of Mischa’s best shoots of her entire career. Can’t wait to see the actual editorial!
Three additional photos from Mischa’s stuning editorial for Rika Magazine have been added. The photos are by the clearly extremely talented Jen Carey and stylist Irina Lazareanu.
A photoshoot of Mischa from back during a trip to Cannes in May 2008 has been added.
This appears to be a very rare and elusive editorial publication, so I’m not sure if we’ll get to see Mischa’s full spread. Hopefully in the near future.
It’s still quiet on the Mischa front, so I’ve added a few shots of Mischa from years back:
– Name Magazine (I don’t think this magazine got off the ground, so this is really just a promo cover.)
– L’Officiel (Large) [June 2009]
– David Jones Australia [August 2006]
I also added some international posters/DVD art for a few of Mischa’s movies.
– Walled In > Promotional
– Homecoming > Promotional
– Assassination of a High School President > Promotional
Just added three higher quality versions of an Entertainment Weekly photoshoot featuring Mischa with Ben and Adam. This shoot has previously been featured on the site, but in much
You know how gourmet food is kind of an acquired taste a lot of the time (à la steak tartare, a dish made of raw beef) well it seems these photos have followed suit. They’ve caused a bit of an online controversy with extremist animal group PETA even releasing a statement. But clearly nobody got the memo since more photos have shown up online.

And via The Daily Mail:
The accompanying press release describes the star’s appearance in the photos as ‘naked, lipsticked, and icily coiffed like a Duran Duran-era object of desire.’
For her part, Barton jokingly describes working with Tyler Shields on the shoot as ‘terrible, horrible!’
She adds: ‘First he covered me in milk, then he rolled me around in flour and made me slap my face with a steak! No, it was amazing!’
Meanwhile, Shields explains that he got the idea about working with Barton through a mutual friend.
‘I randomly met her friend and we talked about it. A few days later this happened,’ he says.
‘She was amazing to work with. I cant wait to do it again.’
Shields is famous for his work with celebrities including Lindsay Lohan, Glee star Dianna Agron, Alex Pettyfer and Hayden Panettiere who strike a number of provocative poses complete with knives, blood and guns.
Tyler Shields will unveil a new exhibit in London this week with UK-based artist Maximilian Wiedemann, showing at Imitate Modern from October 13 to November 13.
